We welcome your suggestions for future courses. This is your
school and we look forward to providing you with courses that
are interesting to you and your student.
Registration
- Students can
register by phone, 908-654-8878, in person at The
Enrichment Center Annex, 625 Central Avenue, Westfield, NJ 07090
or online
- Late registration will be accepted, provided that there
is room in the class. There will be a $10 late fee
Fees & Payment

Each class
will cost $95.00 per child.

We accept
cash, credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) or checks made payable to: The
Enrichment Center Annex.

In the event
of over-enrollment, a lottery will take place so as to offer all
students an equal chance. Parents will be notified if their
child is wait-listed due to over enrollment.

Payment is due
prior to the start of class.
Confirmation
-
Confirmation
letters will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Parents will
receive a confirmation call with room notification before the
first day of class.
Refunds
-
If a course is cancelled, you will
receive a full refund.

You may cancel up to a week before the
class.

Registration fees are non-refundable.
-
No refunds
will be given if a child withdraws once a class has begun.

Full credit
will be provided should there not be enough registrations for a
class.
Class
Details
-
The
Enrichment Center Annex employs only state-certified teachers
and prefers to employ Westfield district paraprofessionals and
teachers.

All classes
are one hour in length and run from 3:30 - 4:30 pm.

The
Enrichment Center Annex follows the school
calendar. If the school is closed, enrichment classes will not
be held.

Teachers
will take attendance each week.

A minimum
registration of 6 students is required to run a class. A maximum
of 12 students will be in each class.
Before/After
Class
-
Parents must
sign to pick up their children at the end of each class.

The
dismissal process will take place at the front door of the
school.

Coverage is
provided by a paraprofessional from class dismissal until the
start of class. Students can use this supervised time to have a
snack or to do homework. Please send your child with an
appropriate snack.

Privacy
Policy
We take your privacy seriously. We
only ask you to provide information that we need in order to
register your child for classes at The Enrichment Center Annex.
We
don’t share the information you have given us with any person or
organization external to The Enrichment Center Annex. We do not
sell your name and/or personal information to anyone.
If
our information practices change at some time in the future, we
will post the policy changes here on the site. If you are
concerned about how your information is being used, you should
check back here periodically, or send us e-mail.
